How to Buy Land

We aim to make land ownership as accessible to as many Canadians as possible. To do so, we offer two ways to buy:

If you have the cash, or you have secured 3rd party financing for the full amount of your purchase, this option is for you. Like a traditional real estate transaction, a closing date is set and the deed is transferred to your name on that date.

Rent-to-Own

If you do not have the cash to purchase outright, we have you covered. With our flexible Rent-to-Own plan, you pay for the land in monthly instalments over a set term. Once the land is fully paid for, the deed is transferred to you, and the land is yours.
